Returns Policy

We want you to love every piece from The Fields. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags attached.

How to Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@thefields.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm your return request and provide instructions.

Return Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

As most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind pre-loved items, we're unable to offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
